Lebron and the Heat Do Work in Da Land

Tony Dejak, AP / December 2, 2010

Ok now check this out. I am from Cleveland. Enough said….lol JUST KIDDING. What I’m about to say has nothing to do with hate towards LBJ6 because he left Cleveland to take his talents to South Beach and then came to Cleveland Last night and put up a season high of 38 points against his former team. I’m just going to keep it real.

The Cavs lost to the Heat last night 118-90 where LeBron James scored a season high of 38 points. Wow…cool…I really want to know why cant he do that every game? As much “Heat” as that team has been facing this season. Why wont they just play hard? Why wont LeBron play hard? ALL THE TIME! I have respect for the guy. I know people that know him, so I kind of feel a connection to him lol. Why wont he put up these numbers more often to get the media off of his back? He didn’t even play the fourth quarter. One thing that he lacks is being a competitor, and that takes nothing away from his ability to play basketball. I promise that every time Kobe steps out on that court, he’s going to play his ass off until the other team is dead. LBJ only plays hard when there is a storyline involved. Good Luck with that.

Steinbrenner dies at 80

The sports world has lost a one of the greatest owners of all time this morning of a massive heart attack. George Steinbrenner (a Cleveland native). The owner of the Bronx Bombers was one of the most hands on, loyal, and ambitious owners the sports world has ever seen. He was the kind of owner that didn’t mind spending money. He wanted to win! Not just for himself, but for the fans, the pinstripes. He was aware of what it meant to put on a Yankees uniform and he made sure that everybody knew that. During Steinbrenner’s ownership from 1973 to his death, the longest in club history, the Yankees earned 11 pennants and 7 World Series titles. He will be missed.

Bron Bron Gone Gone

It’s funny to me how somebody can go from being one of the most loved basketball players to being one of the most hated. LBJ last night decided for further his career in South Beach with D Wade and Bosh. WOW. I wish I was surprised.

It was all one big ass set up by him. It even makes me question even more about his play during the playoffs. Like think about it…In reality he never really wanted to be in Cleveland. His main reason for not wanting to be in Cleveland was prolly because it was so close to home, and Cleveland is just one of those towns where its just not your first choice.

Over the years LBJ has had to do a lot of growing by himself. He came into this situation with the Cavs and was immediately given the team. The whole weight of the Cleveland metropolitan area on his shoulders. I think now Bron just wants to relax. There is nothing wrong with that at all. He just wants to relax and win games.

We as Clevelanders used LBJ like a crutch. And allowed him to control our emotions just because he was the best player in the league. Cleveland is not even a basketball city!!!! GO BROWNIES! lol. When that crutch disappeared, we all fell like an amputee catching the holy ghost. WOW!

I really don’t like how Bron went about telling the world about his decision. A full special on ESPN, and he wasn’t even in Ohio. That’s How I knew he was out of here! because he knew that he wouldn’t be able to make it out of Ohio. I think he made Cleveland look like a joke. I don’t respect that at all, but I’m not going to hate on him at all. I just think it was really messed up how played ”my” city to the left like that. He may be from Akron…..but he is NOT from Cleveland. There is a huge difference.

Good Luck Bron Bron. I happy to see that your happy, and is happy to see that it is not all about the money with you. Maybe the Cavs can get back D Miles or somebody like that…lol

My main question is how Bron is going to react to going to a team that is not his? It’s D Wade’s team. USA Dream Team is one thing, but this is a whole season…with another star player. Can’t wait!

Here’s something that my friend had to say about it.

Bosh and Wade to the Heat

Wow…That’s all I have to say about this. This guy Bosh really refuses to come to Cleveland. But I do understand where he is coming from and he is actually making the NBA and all of pro sports look a lot better with his decision. The word is that him and Wade are to be in South Beach GOIN HAM this season. Bosh will be leaving $30 Million on the table for this. Word is that Bosh didn’t really want to be involved with the sign and trade hooplaah because it really doesn’t make him much of a free agent. I respect what he is doing because he did it for himself regardless of the money. LEBRON TOMORROW NIGHT ON ESPN!!! WHAT THE FUDGE WILL HE DO?
